2. Go to http://reic.webex.com
This will take you to our call schedule page. Find your call in the list, then click the "Join" link to the right of your call listing. You can not join the call prior to 10 minutes before start time. You will be asked for your call password from your email. Remember that the password entry is case sensitive. Continue to follow the onscreen instructions. WebEx will automatically setup the Meeting Manager software the first time you join a meeting. To save time, you can setup prior to the meeting by clicking this link: https://reic.webex.com/reic/meetingcenter/mcsetup.php
3. It is best to login in on the website FIRST.. THEN dial in on the phone.. When you log in you'll get an attendant ID number on your screen.. use that number when you dial in so the system will match your audio identity with your name online.
