Free Coaching Guarantee
Terms and Conditions
I understand that my coaching agreement is guaranteed with a 10 to 1 return on investment guarantee. The Real Estate Inner Circle and/or Legacy Capital Solutions, LLC guarantees client will increase his/her Business Gross Commission Income by “10x Program Fee” or more during the 12 month period commencing on “Program Start Date” and ending on “Program Completion Date”. This guarantee is contingent upon client satisfactorily completing all assignments* given by the coach on or before the completion date of said assignment and client following the coach’s advice exactly as coach has instructed, including but not limited to attending all group coaching sessions whether by teleconference, webinar or in person. Client also agrees to supply a monthly profit and loss statement to coach/company for review and tracking of results.
Should client not increase his/her Business Gross Commission Income by at least “10x Program Fee” on or before “Program Completion Date”, client will continue to have access to the Company’s group coaching program (Real Estate Inner Circle) for free until such increase in Gross Commission Income is achieved. Prior to continuation of free services client must complete and return the enclosed “Special Affidavit Of Completion.”
