As technology progressed, his appreciation for all aspects of the online aspect of real estate increased at the same rate, to the point that he was invited to participate in the writing of the e-Pro Technology certifications programs for NAR. This is of particular significance as Chris was the only Canadian invited to participate, and he remains the sole Canadian Certified e-Pro Instructor.
Jo‐Anne commenced her career in the real estate industry in 1995 with a leading residential executive leasing agency. An unexpected transfer to Papua New Guinea presented Jo‐Anne the opportunity to undertake further studies in Real Estate and whilst furthering her study she undertook a feasibility study for a large PNG National Company on their commercial property holdings. Jo‐Anne returned to Australia following a year in Christchurch, New Zealand where she finished her studies and continued advancing in her chosen career while working in sales in the Canterbury Region. She quickly advanced from salesperson to personal assistant and then to one of the New Zealand South Island’s leading Sales Consultants. A promotion that not only highlighted her commitment and dedication to the industry but also one that offered her the opportunity to gain even more insight and experience.
